Ive been listenting to Birth of a Prince by The Rza, and really love it at the moment, dark, gritty vocals and the usual high production from The Rza, I love his use of sampling especially.

The Aimee Mann back catalogue.
After being totally blown away by the sheer brilliance of the film Magnolia I bought the films soundtrack. It was at that point I realised I liked Aimee Mann.

Her music is beautiful, a bit of a change from my usual tastes.

Can't stop listening to Mars Volta - De-Loused in the Comatorium. Actually its more the track "Roulette Dares (The Haunt of)". That album has the mad notes!

How odd! I just got my mum that for xmas and had a listen in the dark with a couple of reefs, brought back memories of sitting by the old family hifi clawing through the artwork, much better on my hifi though!
