Best album Ive heard all year, without a shadow of a doubt.

The Golden Age of Wireless is upon us. Ive got a Thomas Dolby doll complete with cardboard cut out synth and keyboard studio. Immense talent.

Hell yes. I'd heartily recommend the first Tomahwak album too, and peeping Tom album if you don't already have them

Goldmund - Corduroy Road. Minimalistic piano pieces. Not that much going on apart from a bit of guitar in one of the tracks but, pretty, to say the least.

Just come out from Johann Johannsson's Viroulegu forsetar which is brilliant. Shame I don't have a DVD-A capable player to hear it at its best. So different to Dis or IBM - was a nice surprise this one.

Hue & Cry - Labour of Love

Been out of my mind for some years, now back with avangance. Pretty mean Jazz rendition on youtube if ya fancy, original is badass best mind.

Today, listening to Frank Black: Christmass. It's alright.

the chemical brothers - we are the night.

not feeling this at all. i've tried putting it on as background music to absorb it subconsciously and sitting down and listening intently. neither manner is getting me far. there's maybe 2.5 tracks i actually like on this, everything else is gash imo. dare i say the chemicals have been beaten at their own game when it comes to music?

now if they took a leaf out of ash's book and had a 'good-crap-good-crap' pattern going with their albums this would be a stonker. sadly crispy is not feeling this one.
