    The film may be back on as Sony registers a few domains for a film. They're already adapting several games into films and with Levine now out the picture I'm assuming the studio is free to bring the rating down from the R rating that stalled previous plans.

    Greg Russo - the writer working on the game to film adaptations for Saint's Row, the Mortal Kombat reboot, the Resident Evil reboot and FEAR - has said he's trying to work on adapting Bioshock as he believes its one of the game series most ripe for adaptation and would want to make sure the horror aspect is at the forefront.
