I quite enjoyed some of last night's episode but I'm beginning to suspect that the writers of this season haven't actually seen the earlier seasons.

as a latecomer to this its the first series i've followed on tv at a weekly episode pace, does seem quite slow and drawn out, just not sure if its more so than previously cos I can't plough thru 4 or 5 eps an evening like a rabid crack addict.

I'm slightly disappointed with the latter half of season 3 and this season. Its all political/religious drama. Its a shame the plot doesn't allow much scope for action anymore, other than maybe a big orthodox cylon Vs alliance battle at the end.

I didn't understand when she didn't know who one of them was - knowing what we know now surely she wouldn't have known who any of the Four were? (Maybe she met them on New Caprica? Who was there out of the Four? Sol and Tyrol definitely, not sure if Anders and Tory were or not)

As for the Fifth, well the writers are damned whoever they chose. If it's someone MAJOR like Rosalin, Bill/ Lee Adama, Starbuck then folk will say "too predictable". If it's someone of less significance (I've got a feeling it could be Helo) then people will say "meh".

Three (model) will lead them to the Five (the five in the fleet) who are from the Thirteenth (tribe)

I personally think it might be Tom Zarek who is the final Cylon

Rosalin for me. Last week in her dream aboard the ferry there was depth markings running up to 12 on the hull, the water level was at 9. Final 5 are models 7,9,10,11, and 12. Checking the numbers made me also wonder why model 7 is one of the final five and Boomer/Athena is model 8. Must be a reason for it.
