What to do when a film's not on Netflix?

Bit of a random question, but if I answer it, it might answer the actual question in the thread title:

I want to watch the Bond film "Licence to Kill" right now, but it isn't on Netflix and I don't have the DVD. How/where can I watch it, legally?

Like I'm sure if I was so inclined, I could find it somewhere online and watch it, but I actually want to do it properly and pay a small amount to make sure the version I get is decent quality.

I mean it's a Bond film, not some kind of obscure arthouse picture. Surely you'd think if I googled "watch Licence to Kill" I'd get a match really quickly where I could simply pay ?2-3 via Paypal and watch the movie, but no.

It's **** like this that makes me annoyed that Blockbuster closed down.

So where do people suggest? I'm gonna check on PSN shortly too.

EDIT: Not on PSN via PS3 either. Isn't it a SONY Tristar movie?
