I saw one theory elsewhere that the two that took him from the van could in some way be connected or related to Lol's dad Mick. That would make more sense to me. I don't know how Milky's family and NF could or would co-operate or what Combo might have done that was so bad that the NF were out for his blood. In this series he's only just been released from prison for the "murder" of Mick and according to the wiki Mick may have had criminal connections.
