Feige says that they will be moving to having three series per year in the MCU with more of the shows being multi-season arc shows. Feige says that they will be falling back to just two films per year as well which personally, I think falls too low a number. They have too many characters and franchises to support at that level - three feels like the right number.

Feige also confirms that Blade will definitely still be happening, that Scarlet Witch will return and effectively that Miles Morales won't be in Spider-Man: Home 4.

Do we know if they're wiping the slate clean with the X-Men yet, or if they're going to persist with either the original cast or the First Class cast?

It's looking like a mixed bag approach so far based on the small handful of characters that exist in the MCU so far. Part of it will depend on how they proceed with Deadpool, from there it looks very likely that Jackman will continue as Wolverine. Beast was introduced in The Marvels as a CG character voiced by Kelsey Grammer alongside Lashana Lynch as Binary having played Monica's mother in the same film so it seems Marvel is going to cherry pick their way forward with a mix of new and old casting.

I'd be happy to see James McAvoy return as Xavier. I don't want Fassbender back though, to be honest I'd happily see the rest of the characters recast.
