A New Year arrives tomorrow and unless a change of approach arrives in how the pandemic is handled it should see more films release than in either of the past two years. Several anticipated films will be looking to release and to capture some of that audience attentions that has seen No Way Home explode in a resurgence of success on the big screen.

A few on this but mostly Marvel films, which on one hand is kind of cool that we have a few to look forward to but, on the other, kind of a shame that they almost have a stranglehold and there isn’t much else for me to look forward to. Thor would be top of my list, I reckon.

Aside from Marvel films, I’m intrigued by Legally Blonde 3. I really enjoy the first two.

Death on the Nile for me (and the Marvel stuff).

I really enjoyed Murder on the Orient Express so more Chuckles Branagj as Poirot is a good thing in my book!

Mission Impossible is the one I’m most interested in there. 5 and 6 were great. I’m confident that they can deliver again with 7.

I’m surprised there’s any anticipation for an Avatar sequel. It’s been a long time coming and the original was pants.

Decent list there, to be fair!

Looking forward to something new, not a sequel or comicbook adaption to knock my socks off too, please!

Went for Moonfall but what about Titane & Licoroice Pizza, excited about those right now!

Saw the Moonfall poster at the cinema - first I'd heard of it, but what a clever poster! Had me intrigued immediately.

I actually looked for a poster without that because I knew it'd be a mood killer!

They should have hired you for the marketing team. That was a good instinct.

My fave are posters with fairly tenuous links.

Agreed. Their track record is disaster after disaster.
