What is happening on the scoring? I'm so confused.

I'm literally playing catch up on iplayer right now which weirdly will only show me Song 7 onward

        -07 - Norway: Hate it
        -08 - Armenia: Bland
-09 - Italy: Songs buried by weak live vocals
-10 - Spain: Generic, forgettable, uninspired... I loved it...
        -11 - Netherlands: Bad
-12 - Ukraine: I know they're expected to win and whilst I didn't love it there's already weaker showings so fair play
-13 - Germany: German Bieber but one of the easier to listen to songs so far
-14 - Lithuania: Hmm, not keen
        -15 - Azerbaijan: Meh
-16 - Belgium: Looks and feels like it's 15 years too late arriving
        -17 - Greece: Nah
        -18 - Iceland: Don't like this one
        -19 - Moldova: Jesus christ...
-20 - Sweden: I think this is the best song so far
        -21 - Australia: Alright
-22 - UK: Really is one of the best songs this year regardless of the default nil point status we're in
        -23 - Poland: Nah
-24 - Serbia: Like someone asked what would it be like if Serbia made a really miserable version of Psy's Gentlemen
-25 - Estonia: Student placement entry

Phew, for a moment there I thought I was going to be wrong and Eurovision wasn't political after all.

Going to be fun running to the bomb shelter every other song next year.

I mean, if we were going to win it it would stand to reason that it would be the one year the international community bands together to sympathy vote us into second place

I'm not trying to take away from the Ukrainians, just, the irony is not lost at all in how second place has panned out.

Literally, if it weren't for Putin I'd be in severe shock at the scenes we'd be seeing tomorrow

Hats off to Ryder, he's handled this like a pro and deserves to still get the credit and... I guess if Putin doesn't back down, still might stage 2023's show...

                    Blimey, Charlie!
That was an exciting final hour of voting!

                    We were so close!
Nice to see Ukraine getting support from the public vote, though.

The last time we came second place was 1998.

See you all in 2046 folks!
