Eureka Seven AO 23/24 end! - we've had to wait a while for the last 2 episodes, and it did surprisingly good job answering all the show questions but the actual ending itself left a real sour note
In the end the show didn't live up to the heights of the original, Ao had few relationships that went anywhere and those he did nothing happened in the end, didn't help that Naru was pretty unlikeble once she got all uppity and coral hugging. The lack of proper Holland like character hurt, though Ivica wasn't bad he didn't have much to do being the captain only.
it will be a while till we see a Robot Sci-fi tv show like this, Muv-Luv alright but its clearly not in the Macross camp.

Sometimes domestic release only sucks big time.

Waiting another fortnight for another Initial D ep is gonna be tortuous. Fifth Stage is as awesome as always thus far.

P.S Tiger & Bunny film was a riot. Real life corporate sponsors for heroes on Hero TV? I'm sure it's just around the corner...

Never anything like anime film events in my area, shame would like to the like sof Berserk on the big screen.
Speaking films, finished watching the Strike Witches film, pretty much everything you would want out of a SW show, Knickers, Guns and **** blowing up real good, set 2/3 months after the TV show ends,
they do a good job of making Yoshika a badass without the witch powers and building up to getting the power back. I'm always a sucker for the comeback of a former/old hero.
Still watching everything i was apart from Hayate, dropped it due to the dullness and the never advancing relationships(also the art sucks). [K] is getting that way (dull), with seemingly nothing happening and an unlikable MC, Jormungand's plot armour on the main characters is making for a boring show, and the more we get to know them the more unlikable half the cast is, im getting into that feeling i had with Gundam 00 where im routing for the "badguys" to win.

Trigun Badlands Rumble is fairly good! It's intended to fit into the main series anywhere before all the serious stuff starts and while it doesn't really do anything beyond a normal episode of Trigun, it's still worth a watch if you liked the series.
