Bit of a milestone, nice one.

I loved being 30, felt really positive about everything, thought this is it, onwards and upwards.

4 years later i have to get up about 2am every night to piss, my back hurts in the mornings and i'm slowly losing sight of my Johnson due to an ill fitting paunch.
