eBay doesn't care about these things clearly, after all they're making a profit out of it. Go do an advance search on "YOU MUST OWN THE ORIGINAL" exact phrase and see how much stuff you turn up. Even if you report them they're never removed.

One chap selling The Simpsons S4 on DVD, backed up for playing on your PDA. He's got 60 of them and has sold some of them at least. At ?9 a time that's a pretty healthy profit for a 15p DVD-R.
