Is anything being done about the Hong Kong GBA fake games being sold on Ebay. The place is flooded with them every day- and it's pissing me off!

Why hasn't Ebay banned them yet?

As if ebay give a ****! On occasion I have emailed them re people selling emus..and nadda.

The day will come (soon I hope) when ebay and paypal get investigated by the relevant authorities and shut the **** down tbfh. (paypal certainly as they act like a bank without actually following the various banking regulations)

These companies get away with it because the law-makers and relevant authorities don't have a clue about the internet. When they do eventually get up to speed with the situation Ebay and PayPal will have made Billions out of taking advantage of the public and any fines won't bother them.

I hate paypal more than anything though- bunch of villains!

I've deleted all items,changed my passwords etc.

But i've been wacked a huge listing bill for it all.....which i'm not alot all happy about.I've never had this problem before,so i don't have a clue how to report to ebay all this.I've got his email and took some screens of some of the auctions.

But is there any way i can get my listing fee's for this cancelled.I think i might just have to cancel my entire ebay account,as i'm not having this happen again.

Any suggestions?

i was going to bid on a set like that with another seller (for some reason i cant find it) he only wanted ?22 shipped and somebody used the bin just before me, ask him that if he gets anymore give me a shout before he lists it

he told me he had one set spare and it would cost me ?20, bought it and it arrived today and its absolutely marvellous

If you haven't done it already tell ebay someone has hacked your account. They should sort it eventually and you'll be fee free for those auctions.
