    Cellmass is the CEE I use. I used a few Monohydrates for a while and couldnt see a difference with them really, and as soon as I hit the Cellmass, I noticed it working with me so I still use it. No complains with it at all.

      Just saw ur post well done thats a great result. Pacings the key I reckon, I did Notts last months went through first half in 1h32 felt fine then hit 23miles still on form 3h10 but all went pear shaped and limped in in 3h27 was a bit gutted reckon it would have been different if I had paced the first half at 1.36 still always next year I guess, thought about Luton but its a bit close. Anyone after a quick time Abingdon next weeks supposedly fast, clearly too late to train now but could be a target next year.

          I believe the whole CEE will be a short lived phase as many high profile supplement manufacturers are actually switching back to the monohydrate.

          Isnt CELLMASS a blend of other compounds in addition to CEE hence its perceived edge over basic monohydrate?

            Most fit looking types in the gym couldn't last 10 minutes of a competive sport, especially team games.

              I've always had trouble running. Shins start hurting almost immediately, asthma kicks in if I'm not careful. Not too long back I was clocking a couple of miles a day, but I've put on a lot of weight recently (up to 94kg atm) and that really hit cardio hard. And as I'm still bulking it's just going to get harder. I'll keep to a few sessions of a mile, mile and a bit a week interval-style for the time.

              Not really worried about being super fit, running doesn't appeal to me but I want to have a base level so I don't die walking up the stairs! Worryingly there's only maybe 5 guys in my gym who use the treadmills, including me!

              I just wish I had more "natural" fitness but even at school I struggled with distance - I can fly over a short distance though

                I'd go along with that. Think they all got overly excited about the improved absorption. Certainly better than loading up with lots of simple carbs, but if it ****s the kidneys it's no good!

                Though that won't stop many people. Let's be honest, if people are daft enough to pop steroids in pill form, a little CEE won't make them think twice about their organs.

                  If your shins hurt when you run, you are likely to be over-pronating (flat feet). Get some motion control runners, or orthotics. That's what I did, best thing I did.

                  Cheers. Luckily, I didn't die a death in the last miles, just slowed by 30-60 seconds a mile (which is enough). Interestingly, my HR avg was less in the second half than the first. I was slowed because my quads were hurting (because of the steep descents in the first 10 miles). Snowdonia is going to be even harsher on the quads but I'll be mentally prepared.

                      A few of my mates from my running club are doing this, have you done it before? sounds like a good race, not really long enough to recover to run hard for me but I may go along to watch.

                        I only started running in April, so it's all new to me. I figured that if I was going to start running, I might as well aim to run 2 marathons in a month, including one of the hardest ones of the year. Easy

                        Ironman next year. In theory.

                                Chain mate, your legs probably aren't used to it. Training will fix it with some decent shoes. I used to suffer really badly for a while but some alternate training fixed the strength up in my legs no problem. Stretching will help but as a gym monkey, I guess you don't do any If you wanna build distance, utilise your strength in short-distance running by doing Fartlek. You'll loose the muscle though but I heard you always wanted to be an ectomorph (like me right now ).

                                Work is on about getting a team in for the Namibia Challenge. 6-7 hours of physical activity a day, sounds... insane, right up your street recipher Expensive though but I'm thinking about it
