Me being overly lazy. Sleeping until midday for a few days on the trot. Then you don't feel like going to bed until about 4 in the morning. I tried to get over the problem by getting up early this morning. I woke up at 8:30 which meant I only had 5 and a half hours sleep last night and yet I'm still up at half two in the morning.
