Thanks, guys. He was much loved and is much missed. 19 years is a fine innings for any dog, but he was in a lot of pain and discomfort towards the end, which was hard for me and my family to witness.

Well, a year after my little guy had kidney failure, he's finally scheduled for his last vet appointment tomorrow night. I'm gutted. 17 years old and he's been my best buddy all that time. It will be weird going home to him tonight knowing that it's his last night alive and I'm the one who made that final call. It's tearing me up.

I'm sorry dude. Losing my dog was my most upsetting moment ever. 17 years is a good age though.
