Our pup is exactly the same with apples, we've got a couple of apple trees in our garden and he goes crazy for them. In fact, he keeps bringing them in the house, the kitchen is full of them.

Gorgeous! I love Cocker Spaniels. So cute. Generally not all that smart but who cares, eh? They can be really affectionate dogs and lovely and fluffy. I used to have three of them when I was a kid.

I don't know what to do. My mum knows how to look after a dog but none of the rest of us (me, dad, sister) do really. He keeps crying when he wakes up because he's downstairs on his own. We've been down twice to calm him down already and I've got pretty much no sleep.

What do I do? Various places/people have said to ignore it unless he sounds very distressed, and he sounded it to me but I don't know if he actually is or not.
