Is he snapping at the idiocy of Scientology? It is a silly reaction for a journalist, but good God, if I were being goaded by a scientologist, I'd have done the same.

If you read his post on the BBC News website he says they hounded and provoked him for days before that actually happened. They had four car-loads of people following him around LA and hired private detectives to eavesdrop on his conversations, follow him around his hotel etc. Scientologists are known to do that, both to discredit their opponents and laud it around as 'proof' that we're all insane and in need of some Thetan luvvin.

it's not so much a youtube vid as me saying i just finished watching the scientology panorama and it cracked me up!

highlight of the programme for me was that cool bearded black guy who stayed at his hotel keeping an eye on him at brekkie and stuff.

also liked the shots of casino in tott. ct. road. i was there today playing initial D!

I knew I'd seen that 'free stress centre' before somewhere. Always walked passed that place without ever wondering to take a look inside. Nice to know theres a scientology venue right next door to the arcades now

And re the programme, what paranoid bastards those guys are (hope no scientologists are reading this ) Not once did that suited up guy let Sweeney answer a question, and after watching the whole thing I don't blame him for losing it - I would've punched him in the face.

Nah - if that was me I would be struggling to pull off a dragon punch with any real consistency. I never could play SF properly on an arcade after learning on a pad.

me too. i've tried sticks over the years but i end up going back to my saturn pad. i got the doa4 stick last week though with the aim of getting back in the game, so to speak.
