I reckon it's an inside fake to fool someone at their department. Very cool though.

I'd probably think otherwise if I'd actually seen a real human ghost video before, if humans can come back as ghosts then anything else can also.

However, saying all that there is some really insane driving on that clip.

Do wonder though, why do they not mention the vehicle's license plate? Surely, any cop in pursuit of a vehicle would call in the license plate number ASAP. And after it supposedly escapes, they'd put out an APB for the vehicle, and/or do a background check on the plate, wouldn't you think? Just puzzles me as to why they wouldn't mention something like that in the narration.

Colour me a skeptic =P

No mystery there, it's just a really crappy quality video.

All he/she did was drive over the chain link fence, I found a clearer video and you can see the cross bar bouncing back up after he/she has driven over it.


You can see it clearly in the above still but it's more apparent what they've done in the better quality video below.

The easiest place to see it is when the cop car stops in front of the fence right at the end.
