Thats what we call a no-comply kickflip:

U get close to a curb/object, pop a a 'slightly off' straight no-comply (plant front foot on the floor, jump & pop the tail with your back foot at the same time), then u use the curb to bump the side of the tail, & due to the pressure & impact of the tails' side hitting the curb it rebounds back the way it came, then u allow it to flip the full amount & land on it b4 it hits the floor

I refuse to watch skateboard videos - it makes me want to skate again. I loved doing all the no-comply variations..

Are all the yt vids muted for you guys? For me all the embedded ones are muted and I cannot unmute them (slide the vol thing and it works for a fraction of a second and then mutes again). But if I watch on youtube, they are fine. ???wut
