I assumed it was in South America btw, not Spain, amazed Brussels hasn't passed some EU directive banning that trail on health and safety grounds. We can't eat bent bananas but fine to walk along a bit of 2x4 above a gorge.

I was about to comment but then realised this isn't the same video I've seen. There is one with a guy who does not use the safety wire and he's overtaking people too.

So to sum up....

It's a walkway of holes held together with a small amount of concrete.
And to hold up the concrete, there are some rusty iron beams.

It does have a safety wire. One that would struggle to hold the weight of more than one person but still..

I presume he was holding the safety wire whilst doing his Faith (mirror's edge) impression on the sections where the concrete was gone....

Probably safer - if someone fell off whilst attached, it would take everyone else with it.
