As for the notifications, you'll get one if anyone eventually likes one of your posts.
(Yes, it only tells you if you get quoted, at the moment)

you get a notification in your Notifications if someone likes your post it doesn't tell you who that is any more though.

Another over here that can't see who has liked their posts (or anyone else's posts). For me it's the biggest missing feature of the site. It was quite a key thing and a bit annoying now that when you like people's posts, you know they won't actually be able to see it was you that did it. It would be great to have that fixed.
I've tried clicking all over the little box with the number in it, including as far to the right as it's possible to go, and it will only ever give me the 'It's not possible to like your own posts' message. Clicking the same box on posts by others only lets me like/unlike posts, not see who liked them.
