Tonight I am having a stuffed, rolled lamb breast roasted in the oven, with a sort of rosemary dauphinoise affair, and a cranberry infused jus (gravy). Beat that.

I can't I had roast lamb on sunday and it was bloody awesome though.

had a lovely sausage casserole recently too.. mm

Sausage casserole is lovely. I made a nice cassoulet a while back - basically a french stew which you chuck everything at - made it with pork belly, toulouse sausage and chicken breast - takes a lot of preperation but when I sat down in front of the telly with what amounted to a charcouterie on a plate it was worth it.

Dead dog can't have tea, because Dead dog is dead. Although the last meal Dead dog had before Dead dog was drowned in the bath by Dead dog's loving owners was a pigeon, good times. I wish i was still alive.......
