      Unlucky.

      Hangover cure/comort food for me tonight. Home made spag bol followed by homemade rice pudding. For breakfast I had pancakes with blueberries, double cream and maple syrup. I have eaten like a king today.

        Heinz Tomato Soup with loads of thickly buttered bread for me.

        Had too much to eat in McDonalds at lunchtime, which leads me on to ...

        Girl sitting behind us, about 17, all she had was large fries and a McFlurry .. and you've guessed it she was dipping her fries into the ice-cream as if it was ketchup. Disgusting.

          On my way back up north for work tomorrow - means a quick stop off in London for one of my favourite Japanese meals: Katsudon! Nice side of Kara-age Chicken and a Miso Soup and I'm good to go on the train journey from hell full of half-cut football fans bemoaning that either they lost or they won but didn't play anywhere near as good as they should of done Surely a wins a win

                        Got some trout for tea, will oven roast it with lemon and parsley and have it with a medley of oven roasted autumn veg.

                          Ive became addicted to Baked Potatoes

                          Currently doing some beauties in the oven just now and when theyre done I'll be filling then with cantonese turkey hmmmmm superb

                            oblivion: Do you prick the skins, then crack some salt over them, and smother them in olive oil to give the skin a nice crispy texture. Or just whack em in the oven? Details man!

                                Salmon for us with cabbage and carrots done in some lovely sauce.

                                Side order of goza & a bowl of Japanese rice.

                                Next few days will be a liquid diet as I'm in hospital tomorrow for an op.
