Mince and mashed potato again for me which makes a change from last night's mashed potato and steak pudding.

Covent Garden soup tonight with crusty bread rolls. I have tomato and basil one and missus has asparagus. Can't wait, to be honest.

I miss the fine products of the New Covent Garden Soup Co. like buggery. N.C.G. Smoked Haddock Chowder paired up with cheese butties to dip in: the food of the Gods. Trufax.

Tonight, my flatmate is making us some chicken rice, Singapore-style. Bo!

Just had a Chicken Shish Kebab (proper bits of chicken cooked over hot coals), rice, chips and can of drink for a fiver, so no dinner needed for me tonight. Fookin' splendid it was.

I made this for tea tonight, although I had it with spinach instead of the green beans.

Simple food for me tonight...

Chips from the chippy, beans, and proper sausages from the butcher.
The only hard part is the timing.

And bizarrely I'm testing the same sherry as heston blumental tonight, so I might end up making some triffle for desert (I have vanilla pods & sponge fingers already... let's see what else he needs).

We will be having home made trifle on Christmas Day, but I wont be attaching a coffee tin to a drill. Not too sure about the olive paste either.
