I just made and ate my attempt at a Wagamama Chicken Katsu Curry.
Boned, skinned and trimmed some chicken thighs, Panko'd the bad boys up, shallow fried and in the oven to finish.
Nice sticky rice topped off with some thick curry sauce (powdered, mixed with water - im not good enough to make my own sauce yet).
Was very nice actually and cheap, as the thighs cost FA.Comment
