    Hmmm, that sounds interesting DS - will more than likely do all of that, except for the spinach leaves though, as I don't have any! Have got broccoli though and think it could work

        Yeah, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't

        Oh DS, would some tomato puree work ok if I haven't got any stock - if it's just for thickening purposes it should be ok shouldn't it? I'm not trying to make a stew (i.e. I don't want it too watery)?
