    I'm considering xmas pizza for boxing day:

    Turkey, brie and cranberry topping with the crust stuffed with sage & onion stuffing and pigs in blankets. Win? Do I put sprouts on the topping?

      If you fry them first to make them crispy yes you do, if not i wouldn't as it will turn it rather soggy

        Right. Will attempt to include fried crispy sprouts on there too then. If it happens I'll post photos.

                        Used the slow cooker I got for Christmas today for the first time. Did a black pepper coated pork joint, was absolutely delicious, I think i'll be using it a lot.

                          The post above was obviously accurate, gave this bad boy a ten hour slow roast:



                          And shredded it down, which doesn't take much as it just falls apart, and had it with a swede mash and green beans. Was lovely.
