Tiny bit for me yeah but I only like mine medium or over so not really bothered was still good. I only eat or have eaten rare when I tried Wagyu, Im not a fan of the blood.
I made mexican pulled pork this weekend with a fresh tomato and corn salsa, coleslaw, thyme roasted potatoes with corn flatbreads. I then made a Mexican rice pudding. Not healthy, but very tasty. No pics though.
I decided to celebrate buying a table and chairs by cooking a nice meal for my gf this weekend. Keema and potato curry with chapatis and also cucumber and cumin yoghurt. Cheap Japanese red wine and candles, too.
Second time making chapatis and they were a lot better than the first a few months ago. Back then I used whole wheat flour so they were like pitta breads but this time I mixed it 50/50 with soft white flour and used milk instead of water they were a lot better.
Unfortunately the potatoes took ages to soften so dinner was about 45 minutes late
I had extra dough left so in the morning I made more fresh ones and we had them with jam.
