Glazed Harissa Chicken with a Roasted vegetable couscous with added chili and poblano pepper, piccolo tomatos, smoked garlic, fresh mint and flat leaf parsley and a lemon rapeseed dressing.

Looks good.
Here is my pork, obviously not cooked yet. It will marinate over night before a 8 hour slow cooking session tomorrow. Rubbish camera on my phone makes it look rather pale, but in real life it is a glorious red colour as the marinade is full of smoked paprika, cayenne and chilli.

So here the finished sandwich, the bread roll was a bit too thick if truth be told, but all in all it was very tasty and I have loads left frozen in small batches in the freezer.
And for tonight I wanted to try Jamie Oliver's cheat pizza. For a pizza made in 15 mins from start to finish, including the base, I was quite impressed.

Oh, and that stew above isn't helping Evil.

I tried to eat at Pitt Cue the other week but the large queue and my Skyfall tickets meant I had to move on. It is the reason I made the pulled pork to be honest.
