I've heard loads of people banging on about Facebook and I even read an article about recently it in the Evening Standard! Apparently, employers use it to gather information about their employees social/personal life according to the article!

So true its not even funny.

Basically there's this guy where i used to work who was rasict/sexist/generally an arse, but he was very pally with my boss, and she never saw half the stuff he got up to. I'd put a bit on my Facebook saying how much of a 'C U Next Tuesday' he was, she read it and treated me differently afterwards (cut down my hours, seperated me from him and was generally unfair to me).

He's now being investigated for something unrelated, but it made working there unbearable, so much for keeping business and private life seperate eh?
