Has play.com gone really downhill?

Guys does anyone know if Play has had some delivery issues? If it says "Posted" does that mean it reall has been sent?

I am only just getting items posted on the 21st Dec! (To Norway)

Normal post takes 5-8 days. (4-6 days from UK, 1-2 days internally)

I did have 2 Christmas presents go missing over the festive period (suspiciously they were both the same items), but was able to claim replacements for them both last week without trouble.

I've had no problems beyond the usual festive slowdown that always happens in December. Ordered a Blu-ray on Tuesday and it arrived today.

The one time anything from Play didn't turn up I just emailed them and they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. I've spent a small fortune there over the years so I don't know if it's the same for everyone or just them keeping the loyal customers sweet

Bah, ordered 3 Valentine's gifts on Monday morning, only one has shown up today and it's completely the wrong item (?2.99 iPod case instead of a book).

I've had play **** up an order like that for me before, got sent a bloody Phil Vickery cookery book instead of my collector's edition Killzone 2 guide - was not happy, emailed them about it and they sent the replacement book, wanted their old one back but no dice
