Some people lack a bit of perspective on life. From The Mirror this morning:

"One of the world's richest men killed himself after the credit crunch wiped £2.4billion off his business empire.

Adolf Merckle, 74, jumped in front of a train after being "broken" by the economic crisis, his family said.

Merckle saw his fortune plunge from £8.6billion to £6.2billion.

His body was found on the tracks in the German town of Ulm on Monday.

His empire included Heidelberg cement makers and drugs firms."

I'm pretty sure I'd kill myself too if faced with the horrifying prospect of scraping by on my final £6.2 billion! That'd barely last a week.
