I've decided this Summer would involve me getting over my fear of spiders once and for all. I actually managed to 'play' (where 'play' = put it on a Yakuza 3 case and generally attempt to pick it up without success, but I'm very impressed with myself considering what I'm like with the little buggers) with a house spider someone caught at work, and got it on video.

So thanks for those photos, you've basically reset my high score

In other news, I just saw The Crying Game for the first time and witnessed a scene so horrendous, so mind-blowingly horrific, that I may NEVER be able to unsee it:

I thought that when I bought it first time, but my goodness...it's rather special.

Ordered some other bits too like Wildy Cherry Pepsi, Dr Pepper with Cane Sugar...and various assorted chocolate bits like baby ruths.

I get a potato on a regular for lunch at work, its great except they give out the cheapest, crappiest plastic knives and forks.

The knife breaks with even the slightest amount of pressure.

I find there's nothing quite as horrific as that squeaky feeling of a plastic knife coming into contact with those polystyrine containers they put the takeaway jacket spuds in.
