My Maid Marian Series 1 DVD arrived this morning. I dunno how I ended up wanting to watch random clips of it on YouTube this week, but I did. I saw this one and went on the hunt straight afterwards:

Interview over and it went pretty well.

Test wasn't as drastic as I thought but still wasn't great, with me only capable of answering around 25% Lucky I took my laptop then! Realised that bit wasn't going great so draw it too a close as quick as I could, instead asking if I couple demonstrate some of my own work. To which they happily agreed. From that point It kept getting better and better, whilst trying to sound as interested as I could about the company and their products. Just the waiting game now.

You know those awkward situations where you spend ages trying to decide which way you should jump about whether or not to say something? The sort of thing where you wonder, do you say something and risk some temporary embarrassment but clear the air, or shut your mouth and wait and see if it even becomes an issue at some point and then try and deal with it?

Well it turns out I may just have jumped the wrong way. Oops!

In short, office Xmas parties are amazing fun. Lots of people doing very silly things when tanked up, and while I've been to a shed load in my time I always forget how amazing they have the potential to be because they don't come around very often and everyone seems to go off their tits meaning the potential for fallout is immense.

So today I was in two minds whether to remind someone what they did to horribly embarrass themselves because it had massive potential to make things really awkward. It was a case of say nothing and hope it didn't get brought up ever again, or for me to deliberately bring it up in private with the individual and try to get all that fuss out the way.

I chose the second option. It turned out it might have been the wrong one as they didn't remember anything. And then they got really, really embarrassed and a tad upset
