It's just mature cheddar.
Mature cheddar has 30% less fat than standard cheddar. And their claim is "30% less fat* (*than standard cheddar)"

Case solved.

The only reason to buy mild cheddar is... no... there is no reason to buy mild cheddar (standard cheddar). Medium maybe for cheese on toast. But mature or extra mature all the way.

I have upgraded my PC to IE 9 and I can no longer post on this forum. Doing this on phone. Anyone else had a problem?

The issue seems to be fonts, when I go to advanced posting none of them show and I can't use the dropdown menu. Weird thing is I can still type in a response in the Quick post Thingy but it shows an error saying I haven't entered enough text! I need to get my fix of ignored random postings

Mature cheddar is the only cheddar option btw.
