As soon as possible after the 28th (November) I will randomly allocate people's personage and PM all participants with the name and address of their recipient.

It's only been a couple of days and there is a lot of information to collate!

Why do you need a particular number of people?
Surely you just put all the names in a random order, and have A sending to B, B to C, C to D, etc, Z to A.
Whatever madcap system you have in place, I'll bite for the fourth year running, unless there's no room left (in which case never mind, I'm not that bothered).

I'm not in this (scrooge, humbug etc) but after sorting one at work a few years back, my understanding is that people aren't paired up. Instead if 25 names go into the hat, then assigned by random to the 25 participants, no one will miss out.
