Press the youtube button.
look at the url for the youtube vid you are interested in and paste the last bit inside the youtube code in your new post.

So if your url looks like: ww.youtube.com/watch?v=oieOKKw3QW0

Then it looks a bit like:
[YOU-TUBE]oieOKKw3QW0[/YOU-TUBE]
but without the dashes.
