If you go to ladbrokes.com and register..you can watch any game in the 'live betting' section that has a screen icon next to it..without betting too. Just need an account.
I know that wont get you everything..but its a start

You can see highlights on www.footytube.com http://beta.footytube.com (awesome website!). Maybe need beta vers for J.Leauge can`t see it on the normal site, def on beta though, maybe also try YouTube for highlights. Not shore if they show J.League but www.myp2p.eu or footy doctor (type into google if the links don`t work). Besides that not sure, not even Japanese t.v shows so many games. I think you need Sky or cable over here to watch.
