Cheap Couriers????

Hi,

Does anyone know any good couriers that could deliver an item weighing approx 45kg from South East London to Cheshire,as cheap as poss please???

Any help would be appreciated,tried parcel force they want ?62!!!

looking for between ?20 - ?30 roughly.

Interparcel are a good one too, come pick it up from you. I have used them a lot for 360's.
