How can I change the dates of loads of photos

Sup boys &.. boys? I recently upgraded my PS3 to a Slim. Thing is, once I'd restored the backup the photos (2000ish) had all lost their dates in the ****ing EXIF data, and in backing up the PS3 I had erased the backup photographs I'd saved. All of which I had sorted/categorised by date.



So what program is there that makes it easy to add the dates to a bunch of pictures, preferably a click-inputdate-next quick method. I'm using Windows 7.
