GAME returns......

I bought a game online & used about ?15 of points to pay for the majortiy of it.

Its still unopened. Can I take it to my local GAME & get a refund inc the ?15 of points?

Pot luck mate, depends on what store you go to. You should be able to return in-store but some managers/staff are well arsey about it. I got refused once even though I had everything that came with the online order at hand. I even told the guy serving me that the customer service line told me I could return it in-store but it was like banging my head against a brick wall.

If they refuse just tell them to phone customer services whilst you're there. They'll definitely let you do it once CS says they have to.
