Rotate video - any apps recommends?

Some daftie has taken a video in portrait. Any recommendations as to how to flip it 90?? Ideally understanding .m2ts files and allowing it to be saved in mp4 h.264, or just understanding mp4s cos could do that conversion first.

Virtualdub has a few rotate plugins.

A quick check online shows virtualdubmod or avisynth with a few plugins 'should' do everything in one prog.
