    Anyone had any joy dealing with these?

    I ordered a few DS games, they've taken my money (Via Verified by Visa payment - so it's not a dodgy service). But I've not seen the games nor can I contact them (Phone or email - they answer neither).

    Quick search on Google with just their site name , not picking up phones, ignoring calls etc. shows they aren't to be trusted. I'd make a claim on the credit card

      Interestingly enough I had a slight problem with them too lately, I ordered a headset from them a couple days ago, phoned up to cancel, didn't get through first time, tried again and told the number was busy. Tried a 3rd time and got through, gave the last 5 digits of my order and my name and was told it was canceled.

      When did you you place the order?

        Seems they have got worse over the last few weeks. Oh well, called Barclaycard they are posting a form.

            To their credit they claim (in an email sent today!) that it should be sent this week. Not too sure if I believe them at the moment. Might just get a refund instead (if possible).

              I called them today and actually got through. They claim to have cancelled the order so will wait a few days for it to appear on Barclaycard. She had to speak to someone prior to cancelling the order though, I did note their terms and conditions state you could only cancel one day after the order! Still it should be done now.

                That reminds me, I've got to contact them as well, was after an Hori Pro Ex from them as they have them fairly cheap. Decided to order something for ?13 first though to test them out.

                It's been just over 2 weeks since it was confirmed as dispatched and still not arrived. I was thinking Christmas post delays but surely it would be here by now, I've got a feeling that most of the stock is probably being sent from Hong Kong.

                  Out of interest mate, did you get your refund in the end? I canceled my order on the 10th of december, was told my refund was being processed and to this day there's been nothing!

                    They were closed until 4th Jan, but I rang them earlier in the week and today they sent me an email claiming they've refunded me (subject to usual 3-5 banking wait).

                    I'd call them (re-dialing 20 times) and ask again. I mentioned I had the dispute payment form from Barclaycard (which I have) and this seemed to have prompted a faster return.

                        I'm still waiting to hear back from the Halifax, I've disputed the money they took so it will hopefully be sorted sooner rather than later.
