Can anyone recommend any Film Theory texts?

Howdy ya'll,
After I finish this years teaching I'm thinking of going back to studying and potentially doing an MA in film or popular cinema; something along those lines.
I studied some film theorists in my English degree, but wondered if anyone has done an Ba/Ma in film or something similar and may be able to recommend any decent theory books so I can take a nosey and what's what.

I really like: 'If It's Purple, Someone's Gonna Die: The Power of Color in Visual Storytelling' by Patti Bellantoni. Really good for theorists and production people alike.

Other theory books i've enjoyed
Myth, Mind and the Screen: Understanding the Heroes of out Time
The Solaris Effect: Art and Artifice in Contemporary American Film
Bambi vs Godzilla by David Mamet (Not really a theory book but very entertaining)
