Godzilla toys

Hello!

My 9-year old son is just getting into Godzilla and wants one of the figures. Does anyone know where they can be picked up fairly cheaply? I've tried Play-Asia (nothing) and eBay (not cheap, generally, and not a great range).

I'm wondering if there's some specialist online film character shop where I could buy them.

We did start a thread on Godzilla monster movies if you're after some suggestions, but you're probably best working your way through the Godzilla films.

He's been playing that one in Godzilla Unleashed on the Wii, which is where all this started. But no, we haven't seen it yet. Only a few so far: Gojira, Ghidorah the Three-Headed Monster and Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla. There's something really appealing about Godzilla movies.
