Anyone used these before? I ordered a new fan for my graphics card from Pixmania.co.uk and its getting delivered by this company. The latest update on the parcel tracking has me scratching my head and i can't seem to get in touch with them. By the sounds of it it sounds like it attempted delivery, but i was in the house at the time and no one came. Anyways link below.

Yup I ordered a video camera from pixmania last December and had exactly the same problem. It was during the mass snow period too.

If I remember correctly it was actually the home delivery network who ended up delivering it but I ordered so much around that time I'm not 100% sure.

I actually contacted pixmania rather than bpost, they did get it sorted but their customer service was terrible. Automated response after automated response.
