We would love to go to Tuscany although I will check out the other places you recommended. We are suckers for most countries that lie on the Med.

Cinque Terre is an other amazing place to visit; Umbria and its rough hills and small castle towns is also worth the trip, though nothing beats Tuscany and its many ways to serve meat

Also worth checking out the Langhe and that region, Piemonte in general really. Dolceacqua is a beautiful little place too. I'm getting married in Bra in September. Yes, Bra.
