Please help me with my dissertation! Questionnaire inside!

Hi guys!

I'm currently writing my dissertation and looking at the effects of major sporting events and other aspects of popular culture on absence in the workplace, and how people will just pull a 'sickie' to do their own thing etc! Obviously with many of you guys being sports fans and gamers you are ideal candidates to fill out my questionnaire for me

It won't take very long - less than 10 minutes if that! There are ads on the page, but they are google adds - nothing dodgy!

What would really help me out is if you have any stories to share (space on the form for those, you'll see when you look at it!) - you know stuff like 'I took a sick day to play game X' or 'My boss is a gamer so I can't get away with it' You get the idea!

It gathers zero personal data other than what you tell it.

I was actually very impressed with the site I used to set it up - given it's free! It lets you have unlimited questions, unlimited responses and even goes some way to collate the data for you giving you percentages etc! Only 'negative' was the ads, but even they aren't that intrusive!

Really appreciate this help guys! I've seen the responses come flying in and some really good solid and helpful info coming in - stuff I'd not even considered.

Probably won't start looking at results until Saturday so keep them coming in! I'm just over 40 responses so far (though not all from here) If I can break the 50 mark I'll be really chuffed as that would be considered a pretty fair response rate!
