Thanks Guys. The job is based near West Midlands Airport, straight down the M42. Doing some house hunting on the weekend so once I'm moved in I'd be up for a meeting. As for Ibara...the tiny tiny bullets and debris all over the screen burns my eyes out! Id be well up for some shmups though.

To be honest, if Stevie VIP 99 was short for Stephanie VIP 99 and she looked like her avatar, we'd have had a meet up a long time ago...

From Aldridge, I can get to the East Midlands Airport in less than an hour (45 mins to Donnington/Download Festival) and to Birmingham town centre in about 20 (without traffic). For New Hope Hospital, add another 10 or so.

I'd suggest looking at Tamworth, but that'd be a lot nearer your work than hers.

Do you mean Birmingham Airport or East Midlands?

Either way Tamworth is a good shout as it is cheaper than Brum, Sutton Coldfield is pretty close to Tamwoth too. Both me an GT live in the Yardley area which is not that far from Birmingham airport.
